The Art of Beautiful Garden Design

Duncan Mackintosh has had his hands in the earth since his early years growing up on a farm in Dumfries.  Aware of the cycles of nature through the seasons he studied horticulture at college, specialising in landscaping and garden design, learning how to make the most of any garden space.  His skills grew rapidly, moving to Angus in the nineties to become head gardener at House of Pitmuies, by Forfar.  He then went on to establish Duncan Mackintosh Landscapes Ltd in 2003, working locally in Forfar, Montrose, Brechin, Arbroath and Kirriemuir, and as far afield as Aberdeenshire, Fife, Mid-Lothian, Perthshire and Kincardinshire.

Based in Menmuir, by Brechin, Duncan has grown his business from strength to strength over the last 25 years, with most jobs now coming in through referrals from his highly satisfied customers.

One thing for sure, when you have Duncan do the soft or hard landscaping in your garden, you are his only client for the duration, getting full focus and attention until the job is done ~ from design stage right through to transformation.
